Our extensive database has an up-to-date record of all people currently looking for a property and if your property matches any aspect of their search criteria then they will be sent an e-mail and a text advising them of its arrival onto the market. With the power of the internet and our ability to embrace the mobile world in which we now live, people can call just ten minutes after the property is marketed!
We are independent
Our business is built upon our reputation. We don’t have a number of offices with different staff specialising in different areas of the property business – if you need to speak with us then you have just one number to call and one office to visit. Everyone at Strawberry works together, there’s no inter-branch competition or dilution of knowledge. If a prospective buyer or tenant rings our office the person who answers will know every property relevant to their query and won’t need to say the dreaded words ‘I’ll get someone to ring you back’. As well as this, our telephones are answered 8am to 6pm 6 days a week by a human being – like you, we don’t like answerphones. Every call is important to us and whether it is a new client, a prospective tenant/purchaser or a current tenant with a maintenance issue, all calls are dealt with effectively and promptly.

Member of ARLA and of NAEA
The Association of Residential Lettings Agents and The National Association of Estate Agents are the trade associations for professional agents. Our membership is important to clients because it ensures that Strawberry is kept up to date with relevant legislation, holds separate client bank accounts, provides protection for all clients’ monies and holds appropriate insurance. Training events are held frequently and, despite our busy schedules, Strawberry regularly attends these.
Member of The Property Ombudsman (TPO)
This is the new name for the Ombudsman for Estate and Letting Agents. Their role is to provide fair and reasonable resolutions to disputes between members of the public and Estate Agents. We follow the TPO code of practice.
