Please put brief details of your maintenance issues on an e-mail and send it through to our direct maintenance service. The details of the query will not only be logged by us but will be instantly forwarded to the landlord to action. This removes the possibility of there being any delay in the series of phone calls which previously would have been required. (We’re quick off the mark on all things service-related but the reality of everyone’s busy lifestyles means that it’s not always possible for landlords or contractors to answer their calls!).
If you still prefer to hear a human voice that’s not a problem. We’ll be available as always to take your call but we’ll also give you a dedicated maintenance number to ring. We can’t promise we’ll be able to get a response from your landlord instantly but we’ll do everything we can to help as quickly as possible.
